Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on print-on-demand items, including graphic tees and custom designs.

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when applicable.

Returns for Boutique Partner Items

Some items ship directly from our trusted boutique partners and may be eligible for return.

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• Items must be free of odors, makeup, deodorant, or pet hair
• Final sale items are not eligible for return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Due to the nature of our inventory, we do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide return instructions.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, clearance items, and promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
